Description
An undated and unsigned handwritten manuscript.
Heloise and Lautréamont: two cards from the 1940 Jeu de Marseille, whose figures Breton takes up by drawing up a list of analogies - animal (killer whale), situation, cultural and religious motifs (The Lady of the Unicorn, Jewish and Islamic traditions), as if the game itself became a pretext for another game, this one of pure imagination.
