Description
Draft of a letter to Félix Labisse by André Breton dated 10th July 1954.
Dated Paris, 10th July 1954, this draft letter mentions an exhibition that deals with surrealism (perhaps part of the Venice Biennale?) on the subject of which one of Breton’s circle seems to have expressed their disagreement. The poet, who is being asked to intervene, notes that he has not been consulted by the organisers, but denies that he has attacked the exhibition via a third party.
